If you’re on vacation African safari, think, think often of lions, elephants and rhinos.
On my safari in northern Tanzania last year, I had the chance to many large birds in the 4 parks to visit I see, here are some of my favorite moments Tanzania Safari birding.
Tarangire National Park
My favorite bird observation time of my time in Tarangire saw the vulture white again rising to the heavens, locate and then finally settle a large group of them on a dead tree. When the group of vultures were all sitting on the branches in tatters, it reminded me of the scene of the Jungle Book with the idea of returning lolloping vulture with the Beatles hairstyles!
Other birds I saw Tarangire: Tawny Eagle, Red-billed Hornbill, Masai Ostrich, Yellow-necked Francolin.
Lake Manyara National Park
Lake Manyara is probably the case of the incident birding most extreme events my safari in Tanzania. It was really fascinating to watch, and I honestly could not believe that birds can fly to the nature of the heights they were.
I found more birds in Lake Manyara: gray hair Great White Pelican, Little Bee-eater, kingfisher, hornbill silvery jaws, cormorant.
Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area
The biggest thing I saw when visiting the Ngorongoro Crater is a giant bird called the Bustard, which reminds me of a giant version of a gull.
Some of the other birds from the Ngorongoro Crater: crowned crane, Ox Pecker, Black Kite has jumped from poultry Guinea and the Lesser Flamingo.
Serengeti National Park
In the Serengeti, I saw a large group of inseparable Fischer grazing on all the fruits of a tree on a candelabrum picnic. These colors, beautiful birds have been an absolute joy to see, and I could almost feel without fear or fly, the more exciting to see that!
A handful of many species of birds that I saw in the Serengeti: lilac crossed roller, little bee-eaters, Ox Pecker, hornbill, Egyptian goose, white Trappe, Falke, Long-tailed Starling, Ruppell, secretary bird.
